The lightly oxidized and roasted version of Tung Ting Oolong. (Some also spell it as Dung Ding).    Hand harvested and processed, this is a fragrant high elevation oolong from Nantou, Taiwan.

This is our top three all time favorite.  This is the greener and lighter version of the heavily oxidized and roasted traditional Tung Ting Oolong that is famous in Taiwan.   But we prefer this lightly oxidized and roasted version.  The flavors are subtle with creamy and buttery notes mixed with the extreme fragrant florals.    The distinct floral smell hits the nose first.   On the first sip, its sweet and subtle golden liquor give way to a creamy full mouthfeel that is both pleasant and quite surprising.
