Lobster mushroom…100% Vegan. Pardon our cheekiness. But this is one orange looking mushroom, and yes, it does have a seafood lobster kind of smell. When fresh, these mushrooms are crunchy and is great in soups, stir fry or better yet in a hot pot. When dried, lobster mushroom shines in stews and sauces.
