Description

WE DARE YOU to try at your own risk.   Before we tell you anything, here is our disclaimer first: Extremely spicy pepper.  Avoid touching with your bare hands.  Consume at your own risk.

Ok, now that is out of the way.  This is the Guinness World Record’s most spicy pepper from 2019.   Not for the faint of heart.  Don’t let the size of the chili fool you.  One Carolina Reaper is more than enough to flavor a pot of spicy chili.   We grow this chili in the remote Yilan region of Taiwan, and packed in Canada.

10g will get about 11 dried peppers (more or less).

For the serious chili pepper lover, Carolina Reaper is a staple in the pantry.  For the un-initiated, few tiny flacks are more than enough for a memorable burn.

Don’t try this pepper unless you are ready for a slow LONG painful burn.   On average, this pepper will burn for just under 30 minutes.   Use gloves when handling the pepper.

What can you do with this pepper?   It’s more like …what can’t you do with this pepper ??!    We have spicy food lover who just crush this pepper and add it to everything.    We have heard people using a single chili to flavor a whole big pot of stews or whatever they are cooking.      We have also received emails from people telling us that they crush it and mix in water to create a sprayable solution for their garden.

Yes, there are seeds, and NO, you can’t grow them.   The peppers are dried in a commercial dehydrator and the seeds won’t germinate due to the temperature that the pepper was exposed to.
