Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us – we want to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping.  In the event that there is a problem upon receiving of any order, please contact us to resolve any issues.

Returns or exchanges must be authorized by Golden Tea Leaf within 10 calendar days of receiving your purchase. All perishables candies and loose leaf teas cannot be returned, and can only receive full or partial store credit. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging for a return.

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s). Pending inspection of the returned product, Golden Tea Leaf will issue a credit (minus original shipping and handling, if applicable) to the original credit card used to purchase the products.

All sales items are final and non-refundable or exchangeable. Please send all further inquiries to [email protected].

Please note: We do not accept freight collect shipments.
